Corporate Learning Architecture II - User Experience Campus

From 23 to 27 September 2019 the interdisciplinary workshop “Der Campus als Lernort” [The Campus as a Learning Environment] had been held as the first of two parts of the Corporate Learning Architecture block seminars.

During the project workshop the conceptual foundations of user experiences had been analyzed and discussed, taking the increasing interconnection of physical and virtual learning and work settings into consideration.

Students identifyed user groups on the campus complexes of the Technische Universität Berlin and developed and classifyed user profiles. Using these classifications specific user needs and desired user experiences had been derived and prioritized. Based on this, social, organizational and spatial challenges related to the use of open facilities on the campus had been described and documented – as a working basis for Module #3.
